Responsibilities

• Develop departmental monthly/yearly forecasts along with a clear plan to execute
• Responsible for the profitability of all departments under your direction
• Maintain dealerships outstanding reputation of providing elite customer experiences within our family of departments
• Pay daily attention to department metrics (KPI's) and adjusting as needed to ultimately hit and surpass goals set
• Hire, Grow and continuously develop the staff under your control
• Assist with dealership marketing plans
• Provide guidance, training and support to all staff
• Be a High Energy, Positive Presence all over the dealership
• Assisting all managers daily to provide an elite efficient customer experience to those at the store

Qualification

• Must have 5 years of automotive management experience
• Great communication and client service skills
• Great understanding of inventory and expense control
• Phone and Computer skills must be strong
• Clean cut professional appearance with a strong work ethic
• Proven track record of leading sales/service departments to meeting/exceeding goals
• Valid drivers license and good Motor Vehicle Report
• Pass a Drug Screening
